Is our pottery safe to use?

Yes. Our glazes are food safe. They contain no lead or any other toxic materials.

Can our pottery be used in the oven?

Yes, we recommend putting it in a cool oven and then heating slowly. Pottery cannot go directly from the refrigerator to the oven.

Is our pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes.

When will our order be shipped?

We will make every effort to ship your order within 3 to 4 days. There may be occasions when orders take longer, due to the nature of making pottery. To throw, decorate, dry, glaze and fire each piece twice takes time, but you will have a piece of pottery that will last for generations.

What is our return policy?

In the rare occasion that a customer may wish to return an item, credit will be issued minus the shipping charges. We must be notified within two weeks of delivery of intent to return any item. The customer is responsible for returning the item safely. No C.O.D. items will be accepted.
